Great recipes and wonderful presentation

I have greatly enjoyed this cookbook. Nancy has presented a travel experience on every page along with colourful pictures of the recipe. I have spent a whole evening enjoying reading the book and now am thoroughly enjoying trying all the recipes. So far the potato leek soup and the spicy bean soups are favorites. Thanks
