Love it!
Review bySanchil
My cooking history tends to have been on the safe and traditional side, but these easy-to-follow recipes have given me courage to venture into new territory. Some of the ingredients I have never used before, but Ms Kyte makes the unfamiliar easy to try. I have been known to sit down and just read recipe after recipe!

Amazing!

This book is amazing. The colorful pages themselves are entertainment. The write ups on each country are delightful. The soups themselves are begging you to try them. We have tried a handful of them already and not one of them disappointed us. This book would be a great gift for someone plus a must have for your own pantry.

Whether you have been abroad or not, each dish has a unique and delicious flavor that will transport your palate to another culture! Not only are the soups tasty, but the colorful design tailored to each country is a feast for the eyes. A must buy
Review bySon of John Jeider
This cook book has easy to follow recipes that anyone can use to produce delicious results. The first recipe we tried was the raspberry soup from Serbia. It was amazing hot for supper and equally delightful cold for a lunch desert the next day. My Father would have approved! My family and I are going to use this cookbook as our supper menu for the next few months. I highly recommend this publication.

Beautiful cookbook!
Review bySusan Rasmussen
This is a beautiful book with tempting vegetarian soup and stew recipes. So far I've made the Quick Tomato-Bread Soup. Next I'm going to make the Pumpkin-Corn Soup. It's interesting to learn about other cultures as you "travel" through this cookbook.
