Periodical / Sabbath School Address Change Request
Please use the form below to request address changes. To ensure proper processing, please enter the information as it appears on the label of the magazine(s) you are currently receiving.
Address change requests will be sent to Pacific Press for processing. Because address labels are often printed in advance, please allow up to two months before your magazines start arriving at your new address.
Your customer number appears in the top left of your label and is the first six numbers before the magazine code.
