Aha! I got it! The answer to Why?

Why is this hymnal so much more valuable to a Christian church or household than so many others? Why do these old hymns stand out above the newer versions? And why is this the RIGHT hymnal for today's Seventh-day Adventist church?
Because these people who wrote these old hymns truly knew their God. They didn't just humm and repeat things they heard about a placeholder Jesus. They really knew HIM!
These hymns declare the Spirit speaking to the Holy Spirit within me. And these songs of the soon return of our Saviour will still be resounding when He comes! What other hymnal has such a selection of Advent songs?! I could just sing Advent songs all day long!
How long 'til we shout, Christ Returneth, Alleluia, Amen!
