My kids LOVE this game!
Review byLaurie
My tweens enjoy playing this game. I like it, too. The game board and materials are all thick and sturdy--good quality to withstand kids using it again and again. The decorations on the board are colorful illustrations depicting scenes from parts of the book of Daniel. And scriptures are stylishly incorporated into the design. Playing: There are three circuits on the board that you have to go around. Basically, each player is moving along the spaces, collecting parts of the statue from King Nebuchadnezzar's dream (& Daniels dream of beasts) until they have a complete set. Once they have all the parts they can try to move to the last square in the innermost circuit to win. Certain spaces allow or force you to trade (or give away) cards. There are Lose A Turn spaces, too. My kids like those special spaces because it mixes things up and then you don't know who will get to the end first. It does take a long time to play, like maybe 20 to 30 minutes. I think you maybe could play with two people, but three or more players is better because of the spaces that have you trade cards. Anyway, I would recommend this game, especially if your kids are "bored" and you want to give them some activity that's Bible-related.
