Today, by faith we look back to His life and death and forward to His second coming. Written for anyone who wants to understand the Sanctuary and learn the lessons for today from the object lessons God gave the children of Israel.
Description / The Sanctuary Pure and Simple
Sitting in the middle of the camp of Israel was the tabernacle of Israel, the center of everyday life with its rituals that pointed forward to the Lamb of God. This the people accepted by faith.
Elder Cox looks at how the plan of salvation has not changed. Today, by faith we look back to His life and death and forward to His second coming. Written for anyone who wants to understand the Sanctuary and learn the lessons for today from the object lessons God gave the children of Israel.

good explanation of the sanctuary/tabernacle
Review by
Laurie
I got this both book and the Mark Finley book "Understanding the Sanctuary." Both are great books. Both books are not terribly long. Both have a good size font, easy to read. And both more or less cover the same topics. I would say they are organized slightly differently, though. Mark Finley's book reads more like traditional book, often starting with short stories that connect to the topic of each chapter. Kenneth Cox's book reads more like a reference book, although he does use some comparisons to make an explanation clearer. Cox's book has the main chapter's topic plus each subheading is clearly denoted so that you can look up each particular item or aspect of the tabernacle. It also does a good job presenting the particulars and the overall big picture of Christ and the sanctuary. I would definitely recommend it to anyone studying the tabernacle/sanctuary. Five stars from me.
