I saw this book mentioned on "It Is Written." They were basically saying that your blood fluidity has a tremendous impact on your health. DeRose gives an overview in the first few chapters and then talks about ways that you can improve your blood fluidity by lifestyle and diet changes. Throughout the chapters he gives examples of case studies and of patients that prove each concept he advocates. Later in the book, he provides a chart to do a 30-day challenge. Basically, the challenge is that each day you implement a good habit that positively impacts blood fluidity. Each day you read a short chapter about a specific factor you can improve. Some examples are exercise more, eat dark green vegetables, drink more water, donate blood, address stress, etc. Some you would probably already know are healthy for you; some habits may be new to you. I liked it. Even if you don't stick with all the new good habits he recommends, I bet you'll have added on at least a few things that benefit you. I would recommend it.
