Larry L. Lichtenwalter, PhD, is a husband, dad, preacher, and writer with a passion for God that he seeks to pass on to his readers, his faculty, and his students. Dr. Lichtenwalter heads the Institute of Islamic and Arabic Studies and serves as dean of the phi­losophy and theology faculty at Middle East University in Lebanon.
