Chef Cory Gheen studied at the Culinary Institute of America in New York before commencing a career in the Napa Valley and Central California. He has a master’s degree in nutrition and is a registered dietitian nutritionist. With a focus on vegetarian cuisine, Chef Cory now teaches nutrition and food service at Loma Linda University.
