When Charlotte Hamlin retired in 1986 as assistant professor of nursing at Andrews University, the pace for this inexhaustible woman was just picking up. She says, "Being an R.N. and having a master's in public health nutrition and health education, I started down the road on a bicycle to prove that what I had been teaching student nurses all those years was the truth!"
